Common sense, really.
SERIOUSLY! If I have the ear piece for my mobile phone in my ear, guess what, GENIUS? I'm not talking to YOU! It's irritating.I feel you.
Reminds me of my mother on the phone, actually. We'd talk, whine, ask questions as if she lived only to serve us kids. When she finally got fed up she'd wheel around and hiss, "DO YA SEE THIS THING GROWING OUT OF MY EAR??"
